Today My Mommy Saw Me
Mommy took me for a drive.
She’s so scared of what’s inside.
We went into the sterile, cold room.
And her eyes were opened wide.
How could I have listened to the lies?
There truly is a baby inside.
I see tiny fingers and toes, and the baby grows—
I couldn’t believe my eyes.
Thank you to the ones who love the Lord.
Who told my mom that she’s so adored.
And now I have a mommy that’s a child of God.
And we will live in grace forevermore.
